Two aspects have guided my professional career as a hair stylist - a love for hair design and an unending desire to learn and continuously improve. From my earliest days I always wanted to be a hairdresser. I was excited by the creative aspects and inspired by my early teachers. From my first days in beauty school I was motivated to work hard, learn as much as I could and committed to do that 'something extra' whenever I could. In the dynamic world of hairdressing there is always something more to learn and improve to stay current and on top of the latest trends.
I am a very experienced international hair artist. Hair has always been my passion and I put all my energy into becoming an amazing hair artist since I was young. I am never satisfied with my achievements. I believe in ongoing growth by giving and taking new classes, staying current on the latest trends & techniques and taking on new challenges.
I started in the hair business through formal education and the achievement of a degree. I grew through working at salons in New York City and Prague with top artists that inspired me.
I was not satisfied to be only ‘behind the chair’ and branched out into formal education with L’Oreal. This led to leading formal education for hair dressers, organizing and being on stage for hair shows, doing photo shoots and being published in books and magazines.
With L’Oreal and their Matrix brand I have been an Artistic Education, a Regional Educator Manager and the Director of Education.
I work on photo shoots regularly creating collections that express my artistic vision. I enjoy collaborating with photographers, stylists and make up artists to create amazing looks.
